Stir- fry the chicken with the onions until it withers and takes the golden color.

Spice with a dash of cinnamon and black pepper. Let it cool aside.

In a deep pan, cook the peas with carrots in some oil , add the rice and simmer with the same spices as the chicken, then add maggi cubes.

Add two and a half cups of hot water to the rice and leave to simmer and absorb the liquid completely, keep aside from the fire and mix with the cooked chicken and then let it cool completely.

Grease  the philo dough  with a little butter and then line a cake mould with.

Stuff the philo dough with the prepared rice, then close the edges well.

You can make a large pie or individual  small ones .

brush with the egg wash, then bake in preheated 180C oven until golden brown.
