3 Litre Milk
12 Table spoon White vinegar or lemon juice
Boil the milk in a deep saucepan over low heat until it boils.
Add the vinegar and stir well
Remove from the fire and cover for 5 minutes. Drain in a filter covered with gauze cloth to get the curd and get rid of whey.
After it is filtered, add the salt and divide the mixture according to my desire to plain cottage cheese or flavored with a black seeds or thyme.
The cheese is placed with a bamboo mat (sushi or cheese mat), then wrapped, stirred, placed in a filter and left in the fridge overnight
Served with Samak, paprika or olive oil.
